Title: Hands to the Work.
Description:
What does the industrial revolution has caused? ... we can say that it has make a lot of procedures gone fast and we can say too that they have make easier to buy in the market with a better quality, lower prices and much more faster than in other times.
In the other side, industrial revolution has cause that we forget about all the artesanal procedures that man has develop to get what a machine can do now a days.
In the case of the tequila, this situation hasn´t been the exception. In the begining of the XX century, all the farmers came out of their homes in the sunrise, and as they were admiring the sun came out, they were doing the harvest. After waiting 7 years for the stalks grow enough to be cut, they take their equipment (as those showed in the photo) and carefully cut the agaves to get the stalks... and after all this, the time for making Tequila has come!!!
Sorry for the long wait... hoping that you like this photo!
